What is Tandem?

At Tandem we are building the first European clinician copilot. We enable clinicians to focus on giving care by assisting with administrative tasks. Globally healthcare admin is about 3% of GPD and growing. Given our aging population providing care at a reasonable price will be one of the largest challenges of our generation.

We believe in building this copilot task by task, and the most burdensome one is writing clinical notes. This is why we’ve started with an ambient scribe: a product which transcribes the doctor patient interaction, and based on that generates a clinical note. Since launching this product late last year we’ve seen rapid growth and are live with over 30 care providers across Sweden. Tandem generates 1000s of notes every day, and saves clinicians most of their administrative time.

What are we looking for?

At Tandem we are always looking for great engineers, especially those who enjoy solving deep technical problems, and who aren’t afraid of interacting and building with new technologies. The competencies we are especially looking for right now are:

• React development and frontend design
• Deep health-tech experience
• Windows application development
• Data security & Azure infrastructure
• Audio streaming & speech to text

Having at least one of these is a bonus but definitely not a must!
