We strongly believe product design is at the very core of building the best clinician copilot. With increasing usability and intuitiveness in our copilot, we will deliver increasing value in terms of saving clinicians more time from administrative tasks. This will also be key to ensure rapid scalability, to enable simple onboardings of large volumes of users with highly varying digital maturity. As we develop additional modules of our copilot, the importance of stellar design will only grow.
We are looking for a Product Design Lead to build and lead this capability at Tandem Health.

What you will do
- Collaborate on Vision: Work closely with the founders to set the product vision and strategy.
- UI/UX Leadership: Take responsibility for the UI/UX of our product, ensuring it meets the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.
- Build Design Team: Establish and grow Tandem Health’s design capability and team.
- User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Prototype and Test: Create prototypes and conduct usability tests to iterate on design solutions.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products and modules.
Requirements
- Figma Expertise: Extensive experience in Figma or similar design tools.
- Startup Experience: Proven track record of designing product experiences at startups.
- Strong Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
