What you will do
You will be focusing on a mix of the following activities. Your focus may shift over time depending on demand, and also based on your desires of which parts appeal the most to you:
- Sales - Blow new customers away with demos of Tandem, and lead the full sales process that naturally follows.
- Customer success - Onboard new customers, ensure they fully start to use Tandem, and continue to love the product.
- Product development - Draw learnings from working close to customers, to constantly improve and further develop Tandem.
Requirements
- Medical background
- Based in Stockholm
- Fluent in Swedish (due to majority of current customers being Swedish)
Nice to have
- Health tech experience
- Sales experience
- Product development experience
